Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Certified Financial Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for financial planning and helping clients achieve their financial goals. As a CFP, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning advice to clients, including investment management, retirement planning, estate planning, tax planning, and risk management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for clients that align with their financial goals and objectives.
  • Provide investment advice and portfolio management services.
  • Analyze and evaluate clients' financial status and recommend appropriate financial strategies and solutions.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and rebalancing as needed.
  • Review clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
  • Provide guidance and advice on retirement planning, including Social Security, pension plans, and 401(k) accounts.
  • Assist clients with estate planning, including wills, trusts, and tax planning strategies.
  • Keep up to date with changes in financial regulations, tax laws, and investment trends.

 

Requirements:

  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation
  • Must have a Series 65 and/or a Series 63+7
  • Must have a clean U4
  • Book of Business
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and investment management
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning principles, tax laws, and investment products
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong client relationships.
